Class FAQ

Each class is designed to be both efficient and uplifting. Expect a dynamic blend of trampoline cardio, sculpting sequences, and intentional recovery. Our method supports lymphatic drainage, builds strength, and elevates mood—so you leave feeling lighter, stronger, and more energized.
-
Yes. Classes are designed to be approachable while still delivering results. You’re encouraged to move at your own pace, with options to modify or progress as you build strength and confidence. Whether you’re new to movement or returning to it, this is a space to reconnect with your body.
-
At minimum, a rebounder (mini trampoline) is recommended for our Bounce classes. Classes may also incorporate weights, mat, pilates ball or sliders, but many can be done with just your body and the rebounder. Our approach is intentionally streamlined—so you can move consistently, wherever you are.
