Signature Bounce

A dynamic, full-body sequence designed to elevate, sculpt, and restore.

The class begins with a rhythmic, follow-along cardio bounce, building heat and momentum through a simple kickboxing combination. From there, we move into a grounded upper body series — using heavier weights on the trampoline — designed to sculpt and strengthen while maintaining the energy of the bounce.

We then transition into a ballet-inspired barre segment to lengthen and refine, finishing with core-focused planks to stabilize and reset.

An efficient, mood-lifting workout that blends cardio, strength, and sculpt — leaving you energized, aligned, and strong.
