(Re)Bound Barre Restore
Barre Restore is where strength meets recovery. This off-the-trampoline class combines classic barre sequences, functional strength exercises, and restorative stretching to create a balanced movement experience. Designed to improve posture, build endurance, and increase flexibility, Barre Restore helps you reconnect with your body while cultivating both strength and ease.
This 49-minute low-impact workout begins with a ballet barre-inspired warm-up before moving into targeted thigh, hamstring, and glute work at the barre. From there, you'll challenge your upper body with weighted arm exercises, followed by core work using a Pilates ball. The workout continues with glute bridges and chest and arm strengthening using heavier weights, then finishes with light stretching to leave you feeling stronger, more balanced, and refreshed.
