Signature Bounce

A dynamic, full-body sequence designed to elevate, sculpt, and restore.

The class begins with a simple warm up and then some arms with light weights. From there, we move into some follow-along cardio bounce, building heat and momentum through a simple rebounder cardio moves.

Next, we move into a grounded barre sculpt section focusing on our thighs and glutes.

We end the class with some core work incorporating the pilates ball.

An efficient, mood-lifting workout that blends cardio, strength, and sculpt — leaving you energized, aligned, and strong.
